SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is hiring a Contract Grant Administrator for our client in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a 6-11 month contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting agencies and contractors in fulfilling terms of contracts.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor, review, and approve fiscal request for contracted agency operations.
  • Research and prepare information to determine funding levels for projects.
  • Maintain and generate reports on various subjects to present to the federal government.
  • Follow up and create reports for ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Administer and write grant proposals for contractors and agencies.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration required; or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in contract/grants administration or related work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with analyzing large amounts of information with high attention to detail is preferred.
