SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our client on the West Coast Region of the United States. This person could live in the areas of Riverside or Visalia, California/Salt Lake City, Utah or Kent, Washington This person will be responsible for projecting regional sales goals. This is a remote/work from home position which will require 50% - 75% of travel to various locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Connect with customers/clients to specify product requirements and biddings.
  • Generate and establish new customer relationships as well strengthen current customer base.
  • Directs the development of short- and long-term business plans and programs
  • Assists in market research to determine trends, industry needs, and customer preferences.
  • Assists in establishing annual volume goals for increasing market share.
  • Performs marketing analysis for the region and develops the sales forecast.
  • Participates in both short- and long-range sales plans in conjunction with management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3 years of experience in field sales in the building and construction industry required.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture and construction industry required.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% on the time.
