SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in Portage, MI. This is a contract opportunity up to 1 year. This person would serve as administrative support for the office. They would be responsible for answering phones, greeting people, and creating/preparing Microsoft documents on a daily basis. The ideal candidate must have a strong background with Microsoft Suite.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs clerical work such as the posting of detailed records; makes arithmetic computations; assists public in filling out forms; makes change and receives cash payments; checks and maintains lists, and proofreads typed materials to verify spelling, syntax, punctuation, and format.
  • Acts as receptionist; answers telephone and personal inquiries; routes visitors and calls; secures information from appropriate sources; schedules appointments.
  • Utilize Microsoft office suite to create any necessary documents.
  • Monitor social media post and process various requests.
  • Supporting multiple associates on a daily basis.
  • Professionally handle confidential information.
  • Stay up to date with policies/procedures and suggest changes as needed.
  • Completed assigned projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate Degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
  • Ability to answer phones professionally required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Great people skills very detail oriented required.
  • Social Media experience highly needed.
  • Real Estate experience preferred.
  • Experience with Telephone Answering Service Software preferred.
