SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Retail Administrative Assistant for construction products company in Wixom, MI . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to residential customers and must be able to work a flexible weekly schedule, either part-time or full-time, including Saturday’s from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and assist external and internal customer/potential customer friendly and professionally.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and any customer questions as needed.
  • Assist with product display and literature presentation for customers.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as needed such a generate letters, sort mailing, and computer data entry.
  • Assist with marketing activities and activities that will potentially increase sales.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • A minimum of 6 month sales experience required.
  • Experience in residential construction a plus.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office and Eclipse.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Available for occasional travel as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
