SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is seeking to hire a Retail Assistant Store Manager in the following areas: Batesville, IN, Onawa, IA, and Sister Bay, WI. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store to meet all operational and merchandising objectives. This individual will also train team members on company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure store meets all operational and merchandising goals.
  • Assist store manager in leading the team.
  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies.
  • Drive and analyze store sales utilizing strong planning and organization skills.
  • Provide operational management experience.
  • Coach and build teammate relationships in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Direct and motivate a team of diverse employees.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4 year college degree OR equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a retail environment required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regularly changing environment.
  • Available to work early mornings, days, nights, and weekends to meet store needs.
