SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager for our client in Battle Creek, MI. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple markets. The ideal candidate must have an active leadership background in marketing and/or communications.
  • Oversee all brand development ensuring consistent brand representation, refining brand standards, and identifying effective brand strategies.
  • Work collaboratively to define and meet marketing goals in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Direct and guide the development and implementation of marketing strategies utilizing external and internal insight combining the use of traditional practices and innovative digital technology.
  • Collaborate with Communications Leaders to develop integrated marketing strategies ensuring consistent marketing material productivity.
  • Utilize CRM tools and journey mapping and data analysis to determine customer marketing approaches and strategy.
  • Discover new opportunities and techniques that develop new leadership styles and marketing methods.
  • Develop and monitor advertising budget ensuring brand and ROI optimization.
  • Measure the quality and quantity of marketing campaign, event, etc. maximizing objectives and meeting the value of marketing investments.
  • Oversee and develop Corporate Communications Department operations resolving work related issues and coordinating processes and staff assignments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10 years of developing experience in deploying and developing healthcare marketing strategies required.
  • Director level experience required.
  • Extensive experience for digital platform and developing digital technology required.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and direct marketing strategies required.
